We had a great experience last night! I didn’t catch the name of the guy who came to help my husband in mill creek last night but he took such good care of our car, it sits pretty low and we were nervous about getting it towed but you guys took great care of the car! Even got it in the garage for us which I know my husband really appreciated that! We hope we will never need a tow again but you guys will be the only ones we use if we do need your services again! cellent, responsive, quick. Our car battery died in a hospital parking lot due to us leaving headlights on. Called AAA (also very responsive and efficient) who called Dicks Towing. Ryan, the mechanic (personable and knowledgable), texted us first, then called. My daughter’s car was dead in Seattle. My daughter needed my car to get to her externship. Neither one of us had roadside service through our car insurance or supplemental AAA. This was the first time either of us required a tow truck.

Of course I relied on the Yelp community in my search for a Tow Truck company. After calling several Tow Truck companies, I chose Dick’s because of their customer service.

My situation was handled by Amber. While I was obviously anxious to get our situation resolved, Amber patiently answered my endless questions.

Dick’s was able to run my Discover card over the phone without having a signature since I was unable to be at the tow site (stranded). A copy of my receipt was left on the passenger seat of my daughter’s car.

Amber quoted me a time-frame of 1-2 hours to dispatch a driver to my daughter’s car. The driver arrived in one hour.  Trista H – Everett, WA
